Fabrics:

Dacron Taffeta - A lightweight, polyester fabric for assembly and inspection areas. It combines wrinkle and abrasion resistance with excellent wash and wear durability.

Herringbone - A highly durable, more densely woven polyester fabric that combines the favorable properties of taffeta with the ability to withstand many of the acids and alkalies typically used in cleanrooms.

High Density Taffeta - A tightly woven, lightweight, polyester fabric that provides high bacteria barrier efficiency. Its dense surface and compatibility with industrial sterilization make it the choice for pharmaceutical and biotechnical applications. Maxima provides the added benefit of fluid resistance.

ESDVII(TM) - A static dissipative, low density, polyester fabric designed for ESD control in both clean and general assembly, packaging, inspection and test areas.

C3(c) - A high density, static dissipative, polyester fabric that helps minimize manufacturing defects by controlling static electricity in critical cleanroom environments. C3 combines excellent particle filtration and breathability with sterilization compatibility and superior abrasion resistance.

Chemstat(c) 909A - A densely woven, static dissipative, polyester twill fabric that employs a patented raised conductive grid to control static electricity in class 10 cleanrooms. ChemStat 909A offers high chemical resistance, compatibility with sterilization, "silk-like" comfort and high performance durability.

Laundering - We recommend that all CleanWear garments and gloves be processed by a certified commercial or on-site cleanroom laundry.
